Pho 24 opened in Annandale in 2012 — right in the heart of Northern Virginia's Vietnamese food corridor. The mission was never complicated: get the broth right. Not close to right. Not good enough. Right. Every bowl had to carry the genuine homemade taste that the owners grew up knowing — clear and tasty broth, the kind that takes patience to build.
The broth slow-simmers for hours. Meat portions are generous because the owners believe that's what a real bowl looks like — not a small cup of soup, but a proper meal. Aromatic herbs. Chewy noodles. Rich, flavorful broth. That's the standard, and it hasn't changed since day one.
Thirteen years later — same corner of Annandale, same standard, same belief that doing things the right way is worth it. Annandale keeps coming back. So do the visitors who find us for the first time and never forget the bowl.
